Nicholas is an associate in the firm’s Private Client, Trust & Estates practice, where he focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on complex wealth transfer strategies. His practice centers on federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, with a particular emphasis on structuring tax-efficient solutions for closely-held businesses, family offices, and assets concentrated in private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investments.
Nicholas works closely with clients to design and implement sophisticated estate plans, including the drafting of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other advanced planning structures. He advises on the use of multigenerational transfer vehicles and tailored strategies to address complex family dynamics and asset profiles.
